Documents & payment
Rugpeak can provide a formal quotation, sales contract, company bank account details, and packing list. Payment terms are 50% deposit to begin production and 50% balance before dispatch. Completion photos and/or an inspection video are provided before the balance is paid.

Typical full-set shipment is approximately 350 kg gross and 4.0 CBM in about 2 palletized units. Estimated sea freight is $650–$750 and includes wooden-frame packing, customs clearance at origin and destination, duties/taxes, and delivery to the club or venue door. The final charge is confirmed after we receive the complete address.
Packing & buyer support
The estimated freight includes wooden-frame packing and protective wrapping. Final pallet dimensions, gross weight, and CBM are confirmed before deposit. Confirmed missing parts are resent, and a small spare screw kit is included. Serious welding issues are reviewed individually and resolved through an agreed repair or reasonable compensation. Coating issues are handled case by case, and Rugpeak helps document freight-damage claims.
